Easter Surcharge: All units US$ 30 per person per night on Christmas Surcharge: All units US$ 45 per person per night from to 24th December, 2009 to 1st January, 2009.

Our Children Friendly Rates

• We offer a complimentary stay for children under the age of 2 years sharing a room with one or two parents.
• Children of 3 years to 12 years of age sharing a room with 2 adults is charged 50% of the per person adult rate.
• For children who are staying in their own room we charge 75%
• Teenagers of 13 to 17 years of age are charged 75% of the per person adult rate whether sharing or on their own.

General Terms and Conditions
All rates quoted are on a per room basis unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of the relevant taxes, levies and service charge. These rates are subject to change without prior notice though rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honored. During high season period a non refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night's accommodation will be required to secure your booking.

Where rates are affected by changes in Government taxes, we reserve the right to pass on such increases. No credit can be given for meals not taken for pre-booked accommodation plans which include meals.

Please note that we cannot accept either personal cheques unless cleared in advance of arrival. We DO NOT accept DEBIT or CREDIT cards as well as proprietary travelers cheques.
